What is the difference between vintage and antique clothing?

While accessories and clothing between 20 - 100 years old are considered Vintage, pieces older than 100 years have entered the realm of being "antique".

Antique clothing pieces (Latin: antiquus; "old", "ancient") are often collectable items, desirable because of their age, beauty, rarity, condition, emotional connection, and/or other unique features representing a previous era.
